Fenicks is a platform operated by Oyster Pay Inc., (hereinafter “Oyster”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and its partners from time to time. We do not process “Sensitive Data” except when it comes to biometric data processed for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person.
